Charles Lewis “Chuck” Cox passed away on the early morning of July 1, 2024 at his home in Logan Utah.
He was born in Carson City Nevada to Grant Hunt Cox and Margie Black. He married Alta Holbrook and together they raised four children, Jody (Ron) Van Meter of Wells Nevada, Jennifer (Tim) Lewis of Etna Wyoming, Bret (Lisa) Cox of Chesterton Indiana and Aleta (Bryce) Kimber of Kimberly Idaho.
Throughout his professional career, he worked in the construction and trucking industry. Furthermore, he adored his children and grandchildren. One of his favorite events was taking his grandkids to the “Vitamin Store” (aka The Ice Cream Shop) for treats.
He is survived by his brother Grant Cox of Parowan Utah, his sister Kae Robinson of Alamo Nevada, his sister Kelly (Mike) Faulkner of Elko Nevada, his brother Johnny “Trapper” Lemback of Elko Nevada, his sister Betty Johnson of Las Vegas Nevada, his brother Jim Cox of Las Vegas Nevada, (4) children, (19) grand children and (7) great grand children.
