David Lee Harrison, 78, of Providence, Utah peacefully passed on October 14, 2024 surrounded in love.
Dave was born in Spanish Fork, Utah on 27, July, 1946 to Rowe and Bunn Harrison. He graduated from Spanish Fork High School in 1964 and served in the National Guard for nine years. He married his high school sweetheart, Sherry on a beautiful sunny morning in the Salt Lake Temple on June 1, 1967. Mom and Dad are strong examples of committed love. The love they have for each other spills over to everyone around them. Dave worked for Coca-Cola, was President of the Big Blue Club, and served with the Cache Valley Cruise In for many years. Dad also served a LDS service mission at the Bishops Storehouse in Logan.
Dad lived an active and adventurous life with Mom, enjoying their family. Many memories of their 57 years together have been made by doing many road trips, camping at Bear Lake, car shows, family dinners at the fairgrounds and sitting on the front porch holding hands. They have a restored red 1957 Chevy Bel Air that gave them many fun summer nights.
Dave is survived by his loving and dedicated wife, Sherry, daughters Jodi (Don) Webb, Jill (Aaron) Alder, Jen (Brian) Rouelle and Jana (Chad) Coburn. 10 grandkids, Zach, Kyler, Wes, Jaxson, CiCi, Abbey, Kiah, Emma, Stockton, Remington. Eight great grandkids, Harper, Mikey, Haven, Millie, Louis, Dax, Gauge and Baby Alder. Dave is also survived by his siblings, Rowe Harrison, Bob Harrison, Janeil Bringhurst, Wendy Walton, and Karen Sabey.
Dave is preceded in death by his parents, Rowe and Bunn Harrison.
The family would like to thank all those who have cared for and loved our dad over the years. Thank you to Foxridge Ward for their compassionate services. Thanks for being the example we've always needed. You have fought the good fight, now enjoy your peace.
