Jane May Tucker Jones

Jane May Tucker Jones, 74, of Paradise, Utah, passed away on July 19, 2023, in North Logan, Utah. She was born on April 21, 1949, in Oakland, California, and was the only child of Charles and Vesta Tucker. Jane graduated from Castlemont High School in 1966 and earned her Associate of Arts (AA) degree at Merritt College in Oakland.

Jane married Dennis Jones in the Oakland California LDS Temple on February 23, 1974. They were married for 49 years and raised their seven children. Jane loved to read and spend time with her family. She was a certified genealogist and spent a lot of time researching her family history.

Jane was a beloved wife, mother, and grandmother. She is survived by her husband, Dennis; children Alison Sanders, Ryan (Christy) Jones, Evan Jones, Shannon (Benjamin) Thurlow, Brittany Blakely, Caitlin (Craig) Nielsen, and Dylan Jones; 21 grandchildren; and 4 great-grandchildren. Jane is preceded in death by her parents.

Jane's family will hold services privately.
