Jean Adell Fry passed away in her home surrounded by family on April 21st, 2024 at 72 years old. She was devoted to the Lord, family and friends.
She was born in California and spent a lot of her life traveling. Her parents were missionaries and her early life was spent traveling with her whole family on a mission trip to Brazil. Their faith helped shape her into a strong woman of God. She continued her religious education at Bethany Bible College and when she was older, she went on her own mission trip to Puerto Rico.
She had a love of languages and spoke both German and Portuguese. She also studied other languages like Greek. She loved books, movies, puzzles, going for walks and baking. Her favorite part of baking was sharing with friends and neighbors. If she knew someone was struggling she would go out of her way to help them.
Jean is survived by her husband Dan and her three kids Sarah, Nathan, and Michelle. Her surviving siblings are Jan, David, Paul, and Steve. There are numerous nephews and nieces, along with great nephews and great nieces.
Funeral services will be held on Friday, April 26th at 12:00 p.m. at the White Pine Funeral Home, 753 S 100 E in Logan. A viewing will be held prior to the funeral from 10:30-11:30 a.m. at the funeral home. Interment will be in the Providence City Cemetery following the services.
